1. Satisfaction Guarantee Overview: At Freedom Cannabis, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a resolution for eligible complaints under our Consumer Satisfaction Guarantee: “Surprise and delight, or we’ll make it right!”

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Resolutions: Complaints must be submitted with valid proof of purchase. Freedom Cannabis reserves the right to investigate all complaints. Each complaint will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolution options may include a refund, replacement, or other resolutions.

3. Refund Limits and Restrictions: Refund amounts are limited to $40.99 CAD per transaction. Freedom Cannabis reserves the right to limit the number of refunds per customer and deny ineligible claims.

4. Complaint Submission and Turnaround Time: Complaints must be submitted via email or phone. Resolutions are typically provided within 15 business days.

5. Abuse of the Program: Freedom Cannabis reserves the right to deny claims deemed ineligible, fraudulent, or abusive.

6. General Conditions: By submitting a complaint, customers agree to these terms and conditions. Freedom Cannabis may update these terms at any time.
